Welcome to Astro Pulse ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and astrology consultation services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, topping up your wallet, booking a consultation, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use paid consultation services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, date of birth, place of birth, contact details) is accurate and that you have the right to share any third-party birth details used for kundli or matchmaking features.

Astro Pulse connects users with independent astrologers and related services such as chat, voice calls, kundli generation, matchmaking, remedies, and puja bookings.

Astrology, tarot, numerology, and similar offerings are provided for guidance and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not make major life decisions based solely on consultations on the Platform.

You may need to register with a valid mobile number or email. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Wallet top-ups and per-minute or per-session charges are displayed before you start a consultation. Rates may vary by astrologer and service type. Unused wallet balance remains in your account subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use consultations respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, illegal requests, or sharing of offensive content may result in suspension or termination without refund of amounts already consumed.

Astrologers are independent service providers. While we verify profiles and monitor quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or timelines.

Recording, redistributing, or commercially exploiting consultation content without consent is prohibited.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise charges for services you initiate.

Applicable taxes, gateway fees (if any), and promotional discounts will be shown at checkout or in the app before confirmation.

The Astro Pulse brand, website design, software, and marketing materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a licence to use it to operate the Platform (for example, storing birth details to generate charts).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Pulse and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on astrological guidance.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction in the preceding thirty (30) days, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law or payment partners.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (payments owed, disclaimers, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
