Payment data: transaction references from payment gateways. We do not store full card or UPI PIN details on our servers.

Communications: messages you send to customer support or feedback forms.

To create and secure your account, authenticate sessions, and prevent fraud.

To connect you with astrologers, calculate charts, display matchmaking scores, and deliver booked pujas or remedies.

To process wallet top-ups, consultations, refunds, and invoices.

To send service notifications (consultation alerts, OTPs, wallet receipts) and, with your consent, promotional messages you can opt out of.

To improve the Platform through analytics, troubleshooting, and quality reviews of astrologer performance.

We process data based on your consent, contractual necessity to provide services, compliance with law, and legitimate interests such as security and product improvement.

You may withdraw consent for optional marketing at any time. Core services may require certain data (for example, birth time for kundli) to function.

Astrologers receive information needed for your consultation (such as name, birth details, and chat history for that session).

We use trusted processors for hosting, SMS/OTP, push notifications, payment collection, and analytics under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and Astro Pulse.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

You may request deletion of birth profiles or account data subject to retention limits (for example, completed financial records we must keep by law).

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please use a strong device passcode and do not share OTPs.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors for paid consultations. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.

Data may be processed on servers located in India or with service providers that comply with applicable cross-border transfer requirements.
