1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to wallet top-ups, paid astrology consultations (chat and call), puja bookings made through Astro Pulse, and related digital services.
Free features (such as preview matchmaking on the website where offered) are not charged and are not eligible for refunds.
2. Wallet top-ups
Wallet balance is generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or as described below.
If a top-up fails but your bank or UPI account was debited, the amount is typically auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with the transaction reference within seven (7) days.
Duplicate or erroneous top-ups verified by our team may be reversed to the original payment method or adjusted in your wallet at our discretion.
3. Consultations (chat & call)
Charges apply for the time or package you use once a session starts, based on the astrologer’s displayed rate.
If a consultation ends due to a technical failure on our side (app crash, one-sided disconnect attributable to platform issues) and less than two (2) minutes were consumed, you may request a wallet credit by raising a support ticket within 48 hours with session ID and approximate time.
Dissatisfaction with astrological advice alone is not grounds for a full refund if the session was delivered as booked. We may offer a one-time goodwill credit after review in exceptional cases.
No-shows or disconnections caused by poor network on the user’s device are not refundable.
4. Cancellations before service
Puja or remedy bookings may be cancelled without charge if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot and before any pandit or astrologer has been assigned and begun preparation.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a partial fee to cover coordination costs, as communicated at booking.
5. How to request a refund
Open the in-app Customer Support or “My Tickets” section, or email us with your registered mobile number, transaction ID, session ID (if applicable), and a brief description.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 24–48 hours and complete eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as wallet credit, depending on the case and payment partner rules.
6. Non-refundable items
Successfully completed consultation minutes.
Promotional bonus credits, referral rewards, or coupon discounts (only the paid portion of a transaction may be considered where applicable).
Third-party gateway charges that are non-recoverable.
Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension pending investigation.
8. Astrologer payouts
This policy governs user-facing refunds. Astrologer earnings and withdrawal requests are handled under separate astrologer terms and admin review.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page applies to requests made after the updated date.
